How long does a decision take?
Most applications receive a decision within minutes once your documents are uploaded. Applications flagged for manual review are typically resolved within one business day.
What documents do I need?
A government-issued photo ID and your two most recent bank statements. The account holder name on your statements must match the name on your application.
Does checking my rate hurt my credit?
No. Checking your rate uses a soft credit pull. A hard inquiry only occurs if you accept an offer.
How do I check my application status?
Log in and open your dashboard — status, reviewer notes, and any document requests appear there.
Can I pay off my loan early?
Yes, at any time, with no prepayment penalty. Extra payments go straight to principal.
